Technology-enabled facilities management and property services provider Bellrock has acquired Planned Engineering Services Limited (PES).

PES, based in Pinner, Greater London, is a planned and reactive maintenance business delivering high-quality services across the Midlands and southern England.

Founded in 2012, PES delivers a range of planned compliance services to clients operating in sectors including healthcare, business services and education.

PES will continue to be led by Hasi Patel from its Pinner headquarters.

The acquisition enhances Bellrock’s self-delivery capability for business-critical planned and reactive maintenance services.

Following six successful acquisitions over the past 18 months completed together with investor Lyceum Capital, the addition of PES strengthens Bellrock’s technology-driven facilities and building services. Customers will now have access to fully integrated mobile services.

David Smith, CEO of Bellrock, said: “We were not only attracted by PES’s robust self-delivery capability and outstanding team, but also the technology platform that underpins its offering.

He added: “The bespoke resource deployment and management system will support our engineers and improve how we benchmark our supply chain performance and the ability to successfully deliver planned and reactive maintenance services. The acquisition of PES also enhances our ability to deliver Building Services, FM service integration and full end-to-end management of our clients’ estates.”
