Independent caterer BaxterStorey has appointed Christian Pauritsch as operations director for the south-west.
Overseeing around 30 contracts, he will report to Sarah Miller, BaxterStorey’s recently appointed regional managing director.
Pauritsch has 23 years of catering and hospitality experience and for the past five years has been executive director for an Artisan Food and Wine shop in Ireland. He set up the fine food and wine business to its current turnover of around £835,000.
Prior to Artisan, he was a director for PL Solutions, where he set up a consultancy and advisory service for the food and catering industry.
He has also held senior positions with Kylemore Restaurant Division, where he managed a turnover of £23.4 million, and Campbell Catering.
