CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS), part of CBRE, has won an integrated facilities management (IFM) contract at Channel 4.
Under the terms of the deal, CBRE GWS will be responsible for services including front of house, M&E maintenance, housekeeping, security, mailroom and event and audio visual services at Channel 4’s London, Manchester and Glasgow sites.
Kirsten Bradbury, managing director at CBRE GWS, said: “Channel 4 were looking for a partner who could offer the flexibility to support their creative environment, deliver the required services at value and provide a great place to work for their employees and we are extremely excited to be partnering with them to provide this."
CBRE GWS takes over from Mitie, which was awarded an integrated FM contract in 2011.
The contract win follows recent CBRE activity, including the acquisition of American software business Maintstream Software and contract wins at London's National Gallery, London Metropolitan University, the Tower of London and the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA).
