Claremont Group Interiors has appointed Ann Clarke and Tim Frankland as joint managing directors.
Both are long-standing directors at the Warrington-based office interior design, refurbishment and fit-out company.
Meanwhile, former managing director Mike Gardner has been appointed chairman of the group. Gardner will also retain a close operational interest in Logic Office Group, the design, fit-out and furniture manufacturing business he acquired in 2009.
The group has a turnover of around £25 million. Clients include office property company Bruntwood, Swedish Bank Handelsbanken, Sheffield Hallam University and accountancy firm BDO.
“Orders are up on our three-year average and we’ve had a strong win rate in the last few months,” said Frankland. “Our focus is on increasing the top line with a much broader geographical client base and we’ve invested heavily in the sales and marketing resource we need to do that.”
Claremont recently completed a £1.6 million design and refurbishment of nearly 2,050 square metres (22,000 square feet) for Nottingham Building Society and a £1.1 million refurbishment and fit-out job of around 21,840 square metres (235,000 square feet) for Heathcoat Fabrics in Devon.
The group's services include workplace analysis and consultancy, office space planning and interior design, fit-out, refurbishment, office relocation, furniture supply and installation, as well as the integration of audio-visual, multimedia and wireless technology into corporate and educational environments.
