Cordant Services has launched a vacant property management service.
The service minimises the likelihood of costly potential repairs for customers from deteriorating building fabric and M&E infrastructure and ensures that organisations “can keep their valuable property assets clean, secure and fully maintained”.
It brings together services from across the Cordant Services group, including specialist cleaning, mobile guarding, key-holding and security risk assessment, as well as compliance – the service offers a broad range of options to customers.
These can be bundled as required in order to provide a fully bespoke solution.
Depending on a customer’s needs, Cordant Services can also recommission a mothballed building and bring it back online as required, ensuring that it is compliant with all relevant standards.
Brendan Musgrove, managing director, Cordant Specialist Services, said: “The new service is designed to address the challenge of not only cleaning and securing, but also maintaining vacant buildings so that customers are freed up to focus on their core business. Harnessing our expert skills across the group means we can fully manage customers’ valuable assets until they are needed again.”
