Emcor UK has won a 10-year contract for facilities management services with British Sugar.
Under the terms of the deal, Emcor is to provide hard and soft FM services, including maintenance works, catering, cleaning, security and grounds maintenance, across four of its UK manufacturing sites.
Christopher Kehoe, group executive director at Emcor, said: “We appreciate the satisfaction and confidence expressed in our services by our valued client, also evidenced by the expansion of services Emcor UK will be providing under the terms of the contract.”
This win follows Emcor’s contract coup to provide facilities services at Japan Tobacco International’s sites across the UK.
The business was also awarded three lots on the Crown Commercial Service’s facilities management agreement.
