Exeter City Council is going out to tender on a five-year £5.5m gas central heating installation contract for its occupied housing properties.
The work may include removal of existing heating appliances and heating systems, the tender document says.
The council has an existing supply chain contract for the majority of the components required to execute the works including boilers and radiators
Pre-qualification questionnaires must be submitted by 1 March.
