G4S Secure Solutions UK has bought Chubb Emergency Response, a provider of holding and mobile response services, from UTC Fire & Security for £17 million.
Chubb Emergency Response, a unit of United Technologies Corporation, has more than 7,000 customers across 22,000 UK locations, serviced through 28 offices and 247 employees.
“We are pleased to welcome the Chubb Emergency Response team to G4S, where they will enhance our existing monitoring and response service provision and offer a platform for future expansion in the marketplace,” said Doug Hewitson, group managing director of G4S Secure Solutions UK.
