Land Securities Group has completed its sale of Trillium to Telereal, the property and services firm, for £750 million.
The sale does not include the Accor hotel chain which will remain with Land Securities.
Land Securities also confirms that Ian Ellis, formerly chief executive of Trillium, has resigned from the Land Securities board with immediate effect. He becomes chairman of the joint management team at Telereal.
