NG Bailey has won a three-year contract to maintain the 02 Shopping Centre in Finchley, London.
The provider will look after the mechanical and electrical maintenance and operation services, and will provide building fabric maintenance provision to the centre.
The 27,871 square metre (300,000 square foot) retail and leisure complex has more than 20 shopping units and attracts over 5.2 million customers a year.
The contract adds to
another recent win with The Ministry of Defence. NG Bailey will provide and maintain mechanical and electrical services at an Atomic Weapons Establishment (AWE) site.
