RFM group acquires Greenwood

RFM Group has acquired Yorkshire-based Greenwood Estates and Property Maintenance.
Greenwoods, with a turnover of £500,000, provides services to the Yorkshire commercial property sector. The acquisition will add some of region’s largest property agents including Dacres Commercial, Savills, CBRE and Carter Towler, to RFM Group’s growing client base.
Greenwoods will retain its name and sit under the rebranded RFM Group umbrella, alongside RFM’s interiors and facilities offerings.
RFM Group[ rebranded from Regent Facilities Management in October of 2010.
“This move is part of an aggressive growth strategy by RFM Group, which aims to treble Greenwoods turnover in the next two years, said Ian Flanagan, RFM Group managing director.
“Greenwoods has built up a solid reputation in the region and its impressive client base will be a welcome addition to our portfolio,” he said.
Geoff Lister, managing director of Greenwoods, joins RFM Group as director and will bring with him over 40 years of experience in the commercial property sector.
Lister is a governor of Leeds College of Building and is the former national president of the Federation of Master Builders.
RFM Group employing over 200 people throughout the UK and has offices in Yorkshire, London and Edinburgh. Clients include Knight Frank, Bradford City FC, Esporta health Clubs, Morgan Sindall, The Big Lottery Fund and Kirklees College.
