SitexOrbis has won contracts worth £1.5 million with three social housing providers.
The vacant property management specialist has secured deals with arms-length management organisation Sandwell Homes, Nottingham’s Broxtowe Borough Council and London’s Ealing Council.
For existing client Sandwell Homes, SitexOrbis is now also providing house and garden clearance and environmental services, in addition to the flood damage cleaning work that Sandwell Homes recently awarded SitexOrbis.
For new client Broxtowe Borough Council, SitexOrbis is undertaking house clearances at void properties in the east Midlands.
The company is also providing existing client Ealing Council with security services.
SitexOrbis provides conventional and specialist internal and external cleaning and clearance services to 20,000 properties annually.
The company is a licensed waste carrier compliant with Environment Agency regulations. Services include everything from specialist cleans of drug dens to removal of fly-tipping waste including gas bottles, tyres and white goods.
In the UK the company protects more than 50,000 properties.
