Woking Borough Council has outsourced its housing management to a joint venture between Pinnacle PSG and Mansell Construction Services.
The five-year contract starts 1 April 2012 and includes an optional extension of a further five years.
The deal covers Woking’s 3,800 homes and is worth around £60 million over 10 years.
Pinnacle PSG will deliver housing management services, income management, tenancy management, estate management and lettings.
Mansell will be responsible for full asset management, including servicing, statutory inspections and assessment, cyclical works and planned investment works.
The joint venture partnership will use Morrison for repairs and maintenance.
The contract also involves up to 48 council staff transferring to the joint venture, with their existing employment conditions guaranteed.
Pinnacle PSG directly employs over 1,900 people operating from 32 offices nationwide and had a turnover last year of more than £47 million.
