GSH has appointed Chris McLain and Jamie Reynolds as Co-Chief Executive Officers.
McLain and Reynolds have a combined 34 years experience within GSH and will now spearhead the development of the group’s global vision.
McLain will lead the business in the UK and Eire, and Reynolds will be responsible for the US and Europe.
McLain was most recently commercial director of GSH UK, while Reynolds is president of the US business and a director of the executive board.
The group said that current trading remains in line with board expectations and it exited the year ended 31st July 2008 trading positively.
Preliminary results will be announced later this month.
