Polyteck Group, the construction and facilities management firm, has reported a 32 per cent rise in revenue to £23.8 million for the 12 months to 31 December 2016 – the highest since its inception in 2005, it says.

It states that this growth resulted in an 8.8 per cent increase in operating profit.

Polyteck operates across both public and private sectors, delivering a broad range of construction and FM services including property development and refurbishment, property maintenance, electrical services, life safety systems and HVAC services.

Over the past year the company has invested in training, fleet, machinery and advanced management and field-based software “as part of a drive to deliver sustainable growth”.

It has picked up contracts in the commercial office, high-end residential and social housing spaces. Wins have included a repairs and maintenance contract with Family Mosaic Housing Association, and high-end private residential contracts in Knightsbridge and Kensington delivering HVAC maintenance services.

Polyteck also expanded its international operations in the UAE by winning the Beach Tower contract comprising 248 luxury apartments in Doha, Qatar.

Headquartered in the City of London, the company now employs more than 250 people working across London. Polyteck recently appointed five senior directors.
