SERVEST EXTENDS SECURITY DEAL WITH FOREIGN OFFICE

8 May 2018 | Prithvi Pandya

Servest has extended its security contract for a further year with the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) from 2019 to 2020.

The FCO is the ministerial department responsible for national security and promoting sustainable global growth.

Servest originally won the three-year contract having demonstrated rigid compliance practices and a commitment to continuous improvement throughout the contract term. Satisfied the company had met requirements, the FCO decided to renew the partnership for an additional year.

Since securing the contract in 2015, Servest’s team has provided manned guarding services and ad hoc support for events across the FCO’s six properties in London and Milton Keynes.

John Kane, FCO contract manager said the extension had been won “in light of the excellent partnership Servest has forged with the FCO, and its continued efforts to improve the quality of service delivered”.
